 Last December 2009, I met a girl named Apples via an online game called Spymaster [link was playspymaster.com]. She was kind and helpful to me in the game, and also in real life.

Morning Habits

When waking up in the morning, first thing I do is make coffee. Then prepare breakfast, have breakfast, have more coffee, and go online.

Had a nice day off! Wished I had a weekend off though. Yeah right, haha! Great workout at the gym. Heart zone training is imho, the best way to go. Good results too! I think lol.
